1. Service description

AbemusFlight generates flight itinerary documents built from real airline schedule data. Each document includes passenger name(s), a booking reference in IATA format, airline name, flight number, route, and departure/arrival times consistent with actual airline schedules.

What our service is: A professionally prepared flight itinerary document for use as supporting documentation in visa applications, as proof of onward travel at airline check-in, and as evidence of intended travel for immigration purposes. The document is compliant with EU Regulation 810/2009 (Schengen Visa Code) Article 14(4), which requires Schengen consulates to accept non-confirmed flight reservations as visa supporting documents.

What our service is not: AbemusFlight does not sell airline tickets. Our documents are itinerary records for documentation purposes only. They do not represent a confirmed, ticketed, or paid booking with any airline. You cannot board a flight using an AbemusFlight document. AbemusFlight makes no representation that the specific flight shown in your document is available for purchase or that a seat is reserved in your name with any airline.

The booking reference shown on your document. The 6-character IATA-format code printed on your itinerary is generated by AbemusFlight as an internal reference for the document. It is not a PNR (Passenger Name Record) registered in any airline's reservation system or Global Distribution System (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). It will not appear in airline "Manage my booking" lookups, mobile apps, or check-in systems. Any expectation that this reference can be retrieved or validated through airline channels is incorrect and is not a defect of the service.

2. User eligibility and responsibilities

By purchasing from AbemusFlight, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All passenger information you provide — including names, dates of birth, and gender — is accurate and matches the passport(s) of the intended traveler(s) exactly.
• The route, departure airport, destination airport, and travel date you enter are correct and represent your intended travel.
• You understand that AbemusFlight produces a documentation-only itinerary, not a paid or confirmed airline ticket.
• You have independently verified the visa, entry, and documentation requirements for your nationality and destination prior to purchasing.
• You are not using this service to submit fraudulent documentation to any authority.

Your responsibility for accuracy is absolute. AbemusFlight generates documents based exclusively on the information you submit at checkout. We cannot verify, correct, or be held responsible for errors in the data you provide. Documents containing incorrect passenger names, wrong airports, or incorrect travel dates are considered delivered as ordered and are non-refundable.

The data you submit at checkout — passenger name(s), date(s) of birth, gender, email address, departure airport, arrival airport, and flight date — is final at the moment of payment. AbemusFlight does not amend, reissue, or regenerate documents to correct user-input errors free of charge. If you discover an error after payment, a new order at full price is required.

3. Payment and delivery

• The price is $15 USD per booking, covering up to 5 passengers on a single itinerary.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on AbemusFlight servers.
• Upon payment confirmation, your itinerary PDF is generated and sent to the email address you provide, typically within 60 seconds.
• If you select scheduled delivery, the document is generated and sent at the date and time you specify.
• Delivery is considered complete the moment the email is dispatched to the address you provided at checkout. If the email address contains a typo or otherwise belongs to a third party, the document is nonetheless considered delivered as ordered. AbemusFlight cannot retrieve documents sent to incorrect addresses and will not regenerate them free of charge. AbemusFlight is not responsible for emails blocked, filtered, or lost by your email provider.
• Documents are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final. AbemusFlight does not offer refunds except in the specific circumstances listed below. By completing a purchase you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy.

Refunds are NOT issued for:

• User input errors — incorrect passenger name, wrong airport code, wrong travel date, or any other error in the information you submitted at checkout.
• Change of mind — you decide you no longer need the document after it has been generated.
• Visa denial — your visa application is rejected by an embassy, consulate, or government authority regardless of the reason. The outcome of any visa application is entirely outside AbemusFlight's control and is not grounds for a refund.
• Denial of boarding or entry — you are denied boarding by an airline or denied entry by immigration, border control, or any government authority, regardless of whether our document was presented.
• Document not accepted by a specific authority — a consulate, airline, immigration officer, or other authority declines to accept the document. Acceptance policies vary by jurisdiction, officer discretion, and circumstance. AbemusFlight cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific authority.
• Duplicate orders — you placed the same order more than once by mistake.
• Delayed delivery due to your email provider — the document was sent but filtered as spam or blocked by your email service.
• Scheduled delivery not received because the email address provided was incorrect.
• Wrong email address provided — the document was sent to the address as typed at checkout. Documents cannot be retrieved from or rerouted away from an incorrect recipient.
• Booking reference not recognised by an airline or third-party tool — the IATA-format reference printed on your document is an internal identifier, not an airline-system PNR (see §1). Non-recognition by airline channels is not a defect.

Refunds ARE issued when:

• The document was not generated or delivered due to a technical failure on AbemusFlight's systems, and you contact us within 24 hours at hello@abemusflight.com.
• You were charged but received no email confirmation from Stripe and no document — contact us within 24 hours.

If you are unsure whether the airports, dates, or passenger names are correct before purchasing, please double-check before clicking "Pay." We cannot amend or regenerate documents free of charge.

5. No guarantee of visa or entry outcome

AbemusFlight provides a documentation service only. We do not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or visa advice. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that:

• Any visa application will be approved.
• Any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority will accept our document in any specific case.
• You will be admitted to any country.
• Any airline will allow you to board based on our document.
• Our document meets all requirements of any specific jurisdiction or visa type.

Visa decisions are made by sovereign government authorities based on their own regulations, policies, and officer discretion. Immigration entry is subject to the laws and policies of each country. These outcomes are entirely outside AbemusFlight's control. You are solely responsible for researching and meeting all applicable entry and documentation requirements. If you are uncertain about visa or entry requirements, consult a licensed immigration lawyer or the official embassy of your destination country before purchasing.

While EU Regulation 810/2009 Article 14(4) legally requires Schengen consulates to accept non-confirmed flight reservations as visa supporting documents, individual consulate staff, third-party visa application centres, and non-Schengen authorities may apply different standards. AbemusFlight cannot be held liable for the conduct of any embassy, consulate, visa centre, airline, or government authority.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AbemusFlight's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the service is strictly limited to the amount you paid for your order — a maximum of $15 USD.
• AbemusFlight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to: visa fees, airline ticket costs, hotel costs, travel insurance premiums, costs of rebooking, costs of deportation or detention, loss of income, loss of business opportunity, emotional distress, or any other loss arising from denial of a visa, denial of boarding, denial of entry, or non-acceptance of our document by any authority.
• AbemusFlight is not liable for any costs, penalties, or consequences arising from information you provided incorrectly at checkout.
• AbemusFlight is not liable for actions or decisions made by airlines, immigration authorities, consulates, visa application centres, or any government body.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AbemusFlight, its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the service; (b) inaccurate or false information you provided at checkout; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AbemusFlight to:

• Submit documents containing knowingly false passenger information to any authority.
• Claim to any authority that the document represents a purchased or confirmed airline ticket when it does not.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with visa applications or immigration.
• Resell our documents or use our service for commercial resale without written permission.

Violation of this section may result in cancellation of your order without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

The document generated for your personal use is licensed to you for documentation purposes only. All other content on this website — including text, design, and code — is the property of AbemusFlight and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the service that cannot be resolved by contacting us at hello@abemusflight.com shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which AbemusFlight operates, at AbemusFlight's sole discretion.

Class action waiver: You agree that any claims must be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of a class or representative action.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page before each purchase.
