Who we are

AbemusFlight operates the website at abemusflight.com. We provide proof of onward travel reservations — real airline holds with verifiable PNR codes — for travelers who need to demonstrate onward or return travel for check-in, immigration, or visa applications.

What data we collect

To create your onward ticket reservation, we collect only the information necessary to hold a seat in the airline's system and deliver your itinerary:

Passenger details: First name, last name, date of birth, gender — required by airlines to create a PNR reservation
Travel details: Departure airport, arrival airport, travel date, number of passengers
Contact information: Email address — used to deliver your PDF itinerary and booking confirmation
Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or handle your card number or payment credentials

How we use your data

To create your airline reservation through Duffel (our licensed GDS platform partner)
To generate and send your PDF itinerary to your email address
To send a booking confirmation email
To handle support requests if you contact us

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not send you unsolicited communications beyond the emails required to fulfil your order.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to process your order:

Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy
Duffel — airline reservation platform. Your passenger name and travel details are transmitted to Duffel to create the airline hold. Duffel is a licensed airline distribution platform used by thousands of travel agencies worldwide.

Data retention

We retain order records (passenger name, route, date, PNR) for 90 days after the order date for support and dispute resolution purposes. After 90 days, order data is deleted from our systems.

Airline reservations created through Duffel expire naturally after 48 hours — the hold releases automatically and no action is required from you.

Cookies

AbemusFlight does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We use session storage in your browser only to maintain the state of the booking form during your session. No data is stored permanently in your browser beyond what Stripe's checkout process requires.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual obligations). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@abemusflight.com.

Security

All data transmitted to and from AbemusFlight is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment processing uses Stripe's PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. We do not store payment card data at any point.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
